Karen Mathis is a passionate entrepreneur. Her personal mission is to help empower women, using her fashion knowledge and expertise. She consults, teaches, writes, and continues to design and style a handful of clients in Southern California.
She helps her clients dress for their audiences and leadership roles with improved performance. Clothing that provides self-confidence, Powerful first impressions, and effortless wardrobes for work and travel results from her stylist-client collaborations.
Her exclusive clientele of women includes best-selling authors, key-note speakers, CEOs, and small business entrepreneurs. She has experienced first hand what the power of appearance can provide. Fascinated by the research, she loves sharing the social psychology of clothing and appearance for a greater understanding.
A lifelong learner, Mathis completed a Masters of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) at University of San Diego in 2016. A major influence of the MSEL was the alliance of the Ken Blanchard Companies and the opportunity to gain established tools, and real-world leadership techniques. The experience motivated her to share her fashion knowledge in new ways with greater reach.
Married with three daughters, she lives in San Diego, California. She sits on the board and is co-owner of a sustainable energy solution focused family business.
